SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order.
Items that are back or pre-ordered, the anticipated shipping date will be provided if it exceeds the standard.
Our preferred shipping method is USPS Ground, unless an alternative is requested.
Please be advised that this shipping policy does not apply to custom orders; the shipment details for custom orders will be addressed upon the signing of the custom agreement.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns of unworn and undamaged items within 10 days of purchase, provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that returns are not accepted for custom, exclusive, pre-sale, or sale items.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
For exchanges, we accommodate unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery, also requiring them to be unopened and in their original packaging.
Please note that sale and pre-sale items are not eligible for refunds.
All custom and exclusive items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If 15 days or more have elapsed since your purchase or delivery date, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund or exchange.
